As the paper invoice was replaced by the Electronic Invoice, companies sought to adapt to this new reality and started to worry about controlling and storing these digital files (DF-e). Therefore, companies that have a high volume of input and output transactions for these tax documents, are vulnerable to errors, especially when done manually – and even worse if done by someone who does not have proper tax knowledge.
The Becomex DF-E solution was developed to automate the management of tax documents and XML files for NF-e (Electronic Invoice), CT-e (Electronic Bill of Lading) and NFS-e (Electronic Service Invoice) processed by the company. A significant advantage of the solution is the controls conducted on the supply process, since most of the inconsistencies that prevent process automation occur outside the company, when the supplier issues the invoice.
